WHAT IS  POD?

Print on Demand (POD) is a fulfillment process that dropships products to customers only after a sale goes through. This fulfillment model allows you to buy products and the order goes directly to the Print Provider. In this shop we offer a variety of print providers, located in different parts of the world (US, China, Europe and Australia).

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping. Our print providers are some of the best print companies in the world, and they handle hundreds to thousands of orders per day, shipping clothes and accessories to every corner of the world.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, we start working on your order. Production usually takes between 3-6 business days, and the shipping time (to the USA, UK or Europe) is approximately 6-9 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you are always informed about your order whereabouts.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please take clear photos so we can assist you with refund or return. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.

WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR MY RETURNS? 

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REGRET PURCHASING?

No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please don’t email us the next day asking for a refund because you regret your purchase. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Follow these steps to place an order with us online:

1. Add an item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product page.

2. Click on “Cart” in the top right corner of our website to review your cart.

3. If your cart looks correct, click on "checkout" and follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAX & DUTIES?

The prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order. You can find more detailed info here.

WHAT IF I TYPED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address, but we cannot change your order.

ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate at the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored or available on our servers.

IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Yes. Free shipping is applied to all orders. No minimum is required.
